Carl Ellison, age 75 of LaFollette

Carl Ellison, age 75 of LaFollette, departed this life on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at his home. He was born on October 16, 1950, to the late Robert and Sally Lowe Ellison. He was a loving father, grandfather that enjoyed hunting, camping, or anything to do with the outdoors, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Carl Wayne Ellison; mother of his children, Rose Ellison; brothers, Roy Ellison and Leonard Ellison.

Carl is survived by his son Brock Ellison and Amanda of Speedwell; grandchildren Oakley Ellison, Phoenix Ellison, Olivia Ellison, and Alden Ellison; brothers, Claude Ellison and wife Carolyn of Speedwell, Jerry Ellison of LaFollette, Kenny Ellison of Speedwell, and Robert Jr. “Junebug” Ellison of Speedwell; sisters, Cora Reynolds and husband Julus of Speedwell, Phoebe Heron of Speedwell, and Susie Harp and husband James of Speedwell, and several nieces, nephews, friends, and relatives.

Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026, in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 8:00 PM with Rev. Daniel Ellison officiating.
