(WLAF)- The Campbell County, Tennessee Director of Finance, is accepting requests for proposals from Insurance Carriers for the following: Fully Insured Group Major Medical Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Benefits for Campbell County Employees to be Fully in Place and Effective January 1st, 2027.

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TENNESSEE; REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL; RFP #2026-03
The Campbell County, Tennessee Director of Finance, is accepting requests for proposals from Insurance Carriers for the following: Fully Insured Group Major Medical Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Benefits for Campbell County Employees to be Fully in Place and Effective January 1st, 2027
Proposals must be sealed and marked on the outside of the envelope: “SEALED RFP #2026-03-Insurance Benefits.”
Proposals will be accepted until 3:00 P.M., March 2, 2026 at the Campbell County Department of Finance, at which time the bids will be opened. Proposals received after this time will be deemed late and will not be considered. Proposals will be evaluated by the Director of Finance and E. E. Hill & Son Inc. Proposals will be presented to the Campbell County Commission for vote to accept and enter into agreement.
Proposals may be hand delivered (use physical address) or mailed (use P.O. Box) to:
