Indictments handed down to seven individuals

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The following indictments were returned by the Campbell County Grand Jury last week:

  • Darryl Jay Stanford – two counts of possession of Meth with intent, possession of Fentanyl with intent to deliver, possession of Fentanyl with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, resist stop halt search, revoked, possession of schedule I controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of schedule I controlled substance with intent to deliver
  • David Wayne Wilson -DUI, revoked 2nd offense or subsequent
  • Michael Eric Morgan – felon in possession pf handgun, aggravated assault, false imprisonment
  • Michael Eric Morgan  – domestic assault
  • Gary Lynn Goodman, Sr.- aggravated assault (domestic)
  • Kurt John Albertelli, Jr. -violation of the sexual offender registry
  • Joshua Brown – theft of property under $10,000, two counts of kidnapping , evading arrest, resist stop arrest search
  • Jennifer Ann Jillson- simple possession of Meth
