Campbell County Department of Finance soliciting bids for bleachers

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids to add one (1) additional row of gymnasium bleachers at Jacksboro Middle School for the Campbell County Board of Education.

INVITATION TO BID

The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids to add one (1) additional row of gymnasium bleachers at Jacksboro Middle School for the Campbell County Board of Education.    All bids must be inclusive of all delivery and handling charges.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on September 25, 2025 at the Campbell County Department of Finance at which time they will be opened and read aloud.    All bids must be effective for ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.  All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their bid submitted to be considered a valid bid.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at Jacksboro Middle School, 150 Eagle Circle, Jacksboro, TN  37757 at 10:00 a.m. on September 18, 2025.   All parties interested in bidding must attend pre-bid meeting to submit a bid.
