Brenda Gail (Richardson) Lane, age 75 of LaFollette

Mrs. Brenda Gail (Richardson) Lane, age 75 of LaFollette passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026. She was a devoted member of OneLove Church, and dearly loved the Lord and her family. Brenda took great pride in her flower garden, but her greatest joy came from her role as “Honeygram” to her 3 adoring grandchildren. She was employed with Dr. Seargeant and Dr. Dhandapani, where she served patients in the LaFollette community for a combined 38 years.

Brenda is preceded in death by her parents, Winfred and Lassie (Leach) Richardson, brothers, Fred, DeWayne, and Leon Richardson, and sisters, Wildene Brown, Marie Coffey, and Jackie Berry.

She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Clyde Lane; devoted son and daughter-in-law, Rev. Landon and Amanda Lane; grandchildren, Landrie, Shep, and Luke Lane; brothers, Leo and Bobby Richardson; sister, Joyce Leach; longtime dear friend, Wanda Farmer; several nieces, nephews, fellow church members, and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Walters Funeral Home Chapel. Family and friends will then proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery where a Graveside Service will be held with her son, Rev. Landon Lane officiating.
