Blankenship, Hamblin, McGhee indicted by grand jury

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)-  The Campbell County Grand Jury met for the first time in 2026 handing down the following indictments:

Laura Leah Blankenship- DUI; DUI per se

Daniel Dewayne Hamblin- disorderly conduct

Marvin Lee McGhee – five counts sell of schedule II controlled substances in drug free school zone; five counts delivery of schedule II controlled substances in drug free school zone; sell of schedule V controlled substances in drug free school zone; delivery of of schedule V controlled substances in drug free school zone; simple possession of schedule III controlled substance
