Bill C. Leach, age 82, of Speedwell passed away on Friday, January 30, 2026.

He attended Emanuel Baptist Church and retired after 28 years from the Y-12 Plant in Oak Ridge, Tn. He is preceded in death by Mother: Faye Miller Poston, Brother: Jack Poston, Sister: Brenda Akins, Grandson: Ryan Turpin

Wife: Joyce Berry Leach

Children: Joanna Walters, Bill and Misty Turpin, Carla Stanley

Grandchildren: Christopher Walters, Beth and T.J. Graham, Hayley Stanley,

Nick and Katie Walters, Gabriel Stanley, Jonica Stanley

Several Great-Grandchildren

Family and friends will meet 10 AM Monday, February 2, 2026 at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Cawood Cemetery in Speedwell for an 11 AM Graveside Service and Interment, Rev. Donald Proffitt officiating.
