Bids sought for CCHS multi-use sports facility

CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Department of Finance is pleased to invite qualified bids for the construction of a new 9,000 SF multi-use Indoor Sports Facility at Campbell County High School for the Campbell County Board of Education.

The Campbell County Department of Finance is pleased to invite qualified bids for the construction of a new 9,000 SF multi-use Indoor Sports Facility at Campbell County High School for the Campbell County Board of Education. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM on December 18, 2025, at the Campbell County Department of Finance at 555 Main Street, Jacksboro TN, 37757 at which time they will opened and read aloud.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held Monday, December 8, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Campbell County High School, 150 Cougar Lane, Jacksboro, Tennessee 37757.

Please send sealed bids to the attention of Trevor Hobbs, Purchasing Manager, PO Box 834, Jacksboro TN, 37757, or deliver them to the attention of Trevor Hobbs, Purchasing Manager, at 555 Main Street, Jacksboro TN, 37757. All sealed bids must be enclosed in an envelope and labeled “Bid for Campbell County High School Indoor Practice Facility”.

The Campbell County Department of Finance reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to award as would be most advantageous to the Board of Education. All bids must be valid for a period of not less than ninety (90) days after the date of bid opening.

All bidders must provide all required vendor information, defined in the Project Manual, in order for the bid to be considered complete and valid, regardless of whether this information has been submitted to Campbell County Department of Finance previously.

Contact the Architect at architects@awaminc.com to obtain electronic copies of the Contract Documents and Bid Form. No bid deposit is required. All Prime Bidders are required to obtain a complete set of construction documents and notify the Architect of their intent to bid. Qualified Contractors may purchase plans from ACS Document Imaging, 201 Center Park Drive, Suite 1120, Knoxville, Tennessee 37922, by calling 865-675-3020.
