Betty Lou Gross, age 69 of Norris, passed away on Monday, June 23, 2025 at her home. She enjoyed reading harlequin romance novels, flower gardening, and watching wildlife, especially birds. Betty was an amazing cook and also loved to sing in church. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by: sister, Suzie Camp; parents, Jess Howard and Misha Martin Blanton.

She is survived by: husband of 50 years, Jim Gross; children, Jess Gross, Bridget Jones and husband Forrest; grandchildren, Forrest, III, Connor, Abby and husband Zack, Anna, and Kadee; cousin, Becky Bernard; brother-in-law, Brad Camp; special friends, the Hatmakers, the Dunnings, the Waylands; and Breeanna and family; and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Wednesday, June 25 from 5-7pm. A private burial will take place at Norris Memorial Gardens. www.leachfamilyfuneralhome.com
