Wlaf1450Jacksboro bound traffic was temporarily down to one lane on the four lane
LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Two cars crashed into each other at the stop light intersection for Woodson’s Mall.
The accident happened just after 5:30pm Wednesday on the Woodson’s Shell side of the four lane. Air bags deployed in each car.
There were no injuries.
La Follette Fire and Police responded.

Someone ran a traffic light. This is common around LaFollette. You just about can’t go through La without seeing someone run one.
When is our law enforcement going to crack down on this.
I agree. It’s an everyday occurrence for someone to run a red light. It doesn’t matter if the light just turned red or was already red, some drivers just keep on going through the red. When you have a green light, please check to see if another vehicle is quickly coming to the intersection; they might not stop. Be careful out there!
When I was in high my driver ed,teacher taught us to wait at least 3 seconds after the light turns green before going due to driver’s running the red lights. Also people need to move out of the way for emergency, fire, police, emt vehicles to get through
