Andy Ray Smith, age 69 of Jacksboro, passed away Friday, January 2, 2026. He was a member of Heritage Baptist Church. Preceded in death by wife Kathy Smith, Father Delmer Smith, and Sister Rita Moore.

Survivors:

Son: Dusty and Wife Shelly Smith.

Mother: Martha Burris Smith.

Stepchildren: Courtney Nelson, Tara Friske, and Ron Tucker.

Grandchildren: Carter and Lily Smith.

Step- Grandchildren: Nathan McHenry, Preston Tucker, Destiny Tucker, Melody Nelson, and Lyric Nelson.

Great-Granddaughter: Allison Vandenter.

Many Step-Great Grandchildren.

Former Wife: Judy Baird.

Sister: Carolyn Smith.

Brothers: Eugene and Wife Gail Smith, Kenneth and Wife Vanessa Smith.

Several Nieces and nephews, several other relatives, and friends.

Family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Tuesday, January 6, 2026, in the Chapel of Cross-Smith Funeral Home with a Funeral Service to follow at 7:00 PM, Rev. Roger Hillard Officiating. Friends and family will meet at Cross-Smith Funeral Home at 10:00 AMon Wednesday, January 7, 2026, to proceed to Campbell Memorial Cemetery for an 11:00 AM Graveside and Interment Service.
