Gas prices up well more than a dollar since last April

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – As of today, the price of gasoline in Campbell County has not budged for a month. That’s rare considering we’ve seen so many price changes, up, down, mostly up, since 2020 started at $2.26 a gallon.

A year ago, we were paying $1.38 for a gallon of regular unleaded gas. This morning we’re shelling out $2.56 a gallon the same amount for a month. That’s a hike of $1.18 compared to this time last year.
