CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN (WLAF)- Three municipalities will have elections in November. Caryville, Jellico and La Follette will fill a total of 13 upcoming vacancies. As of close of business Monday, a total of 20 individuals had requested petitions.
The election is Tue., Nov. 3, with Thu., Aug. 20, being the last day to turn in a petition to seek office.
Caryville will elect a mayor and three aldermen. On the ballot, three aldermen seats are up, the seats of Josh Monday, Vickie Heatherly and Jordan Cross. The remaining term, two years, of former mayor David Chambers is on the ballot.
So far, Ramsey Bloy and Josh Monday are the only candidates who have requested a petition to run for alderman at Caryville while Mayor Beth Lawson requested a petition to run for mayor. Bloy is running for Alderman Ward 1, Monday Alderman Ward 2.
At Jellico, a mayor and six aldermen will be elected. Here is who has picked up a petition so far.

A couple of openings on the City of La Follette Council will need to be filled. Chuck Queener and Stephanie Solomon’s terms are nearing their end. Three individuals have requested a petition as of Monday afternoon.
