Showers and thunderstorms return to Campbell County and the region Monday and Monday night. The atmosphere has a lot of water in it, so these storms will be able to produce a LOT of rain over a small area. While some counties might see 3+ inches of rain Monday, neighboring counties might see very little. Keep an eye out for flooded roads and avoid them should you encounter any.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Monday brings us a muggy day with a high of 78 as rounds of showers and thunderstorms will come and go with some rainfall on the heavy side. Flooding is a concern.

Rain and storm chances diminish Monday night though the threat of heavy rainfall persists.

Unsettled weather lingers into Tuesday.

Wednesday through Sunday bring mostly sunny, humid days with partly cloudy nights as highs reach into the 80s, lows in the 60s. Each day and night brings a chance of a shower or storm. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-06/08/2026-6AM-IMAGES AND TEXT COURTESY OF THE NWS MORRISTOWN)
