Grand jury indicts four

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The following indictments were handed down on Wednesday by the Campbell County Grand Jury:

-Gabriel Hunter Smith – DUI; implied consent-enhancement only

-Christa Gail Mitchell and Steven Homer Dople -simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; two counts driving on a suspended license

-Christopher Scott Odell – two counts possession of a schedule II controlled substance in a  Drug Free School Zone; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of a schedule VI controlled substance; driving on a revoked license; possession of prohibited weapons- knuckles; evading arrest; attempted tampering with evidence

-David Lee Taylor – use substance or device to falsify drug test; failure to appear
