Grand jury indicts eight people

Three indictments for DUI

JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Last week, the Campbell County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments:

Kurt John Albertelli Jr. – two counts sexual offender registration-prior conviction

Jane Fixter – DUI; implied consent – enhancement only

Jane Fixter – DUI; license suspended/cancelled/revoked; implied consent- enhancement only

George Washington Evans – violation of no contact order

Christopher Allen Weiss – three counts failure to appear; simple possession of a schedule I controlled substance

Matthew Scott Goins – tampering with evidence; evading arrest; vandalism more than1,000 less than 2,500; vandalism more than 2,500 less than10,000; reckless endangerment; simple possession

Arlene Rachel Conrad aka Arlene Durfee- possession of  meth with intent to sell over .5; possession of meth with intent to deliver over .5; introduction of contraband into a  penal facility; tampering w/evidence; failure to appear; evading arrest flight; evading arrest; resist stop, arrest, search

Paul Michael Kogut- DUI; open container

Christopher Shane Phillips  – domestic assault
