INVITATION TO BID
The Campbell County Board of Education requests sealed bids on Custodial Supplies to be used in the Maintenance and Operation of Janitorial services. This bid will apply for the 2026-2027 school year.
A complete listing of items to be bid on can be obtained at the Campbell County Board of Education, 172 Valley Street, Jacksboro, TN, 423-562-8377 or upon request through an email to ericp@campbellcountygov.com.
All bid prices shall be inclusive of all delivery charges. Each vendor must bid both in unit price and extended price using the quantities estimated by the Board of Education. All bids must be submitted no later than Tuesday, May 26, 2026 at 10:00 AM, at which time they will be opened. Submit sealed bids to the Campbell County Finance Department, Attn: Eric Pearson, PO Box 843, Jacksboro, TN 37757. All bids must be sealed in an envelope labeled “Bid for Custodial Supplies”. Bids must be effective for 90 days after the bid opening date.
All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless of if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for the bid submitted to be considered a valid bid. The required vendor information is available upon request from the Campbell County Finance Director, Eric Pearson, at ericp@campbellcountygov.com.
Although the specific bid is for the Campbell County School System, the County reserves the right to purchase the custodial supplies contained in this solicitation by any or all Departments, Divisions and Agencies of Campbell County Government.
Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the bid most advantageous to the county.
