INVITATION TO BID
The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids for the Campbell County Highway Department for the 2026-2027 fiscal year on the following:
- Guardrail
- Liquid Asphalt
- Culverts
- Lubricants
- Blasting Services
- Drilling Services
- Striping & Snowplowable Pavement Markers
- Hot Mix Asphalt
Sealed bids are due no later than 2:00 p.m. on April 9, 2026 at the Campbell County Department of Finance, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. Bid quotes must be inclusive of all delivery and handling charges. All bids must be effective until June 30, 2026. Bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their bid submitted to be considered a valid bid. Send bid quotes to Campbell County Department of Finance, Trevor Hobbs, Purchasing Agent, P.O. Box 843, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro, TN 37757. All bid envelopes must be marked on the outside of envelope noting which bid is enclosed. Campbell County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award the bid that is most advantageous to the county.
