JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- Campbell County High School’s new art teacher, Diane Lopez, and her students along with other departments invite you out to an afternoon and evening of fun at the annual Spring Showcase.

“It’s a celebration of the incredible things our students have accomplished this year. My art classes are going to be showcasing their current works, and we’re going to be selling art and more things made by them,” said Lopez.

The CCHS E-sports team is holding an open challenge for you to come in and challenge its Super Smash Bros players. The CCHS Engineering teacher will be selling 3D printed objects, according to Lopez.

“Some of our theatre kids are going to be in their Shrek costumes and will be fully in-character for the whole event. One of our social studies teachers will be putting together a mini Cultural Anthropology World’s Fair with presentations, music, and snacks,” said Lopez. The Valley View Soul Jumpers will perform at six on Brown Court.

The whole event is from 5-7:30pm in the Commons at CCHS. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-03/20/2026-6AM)
