‘We’ll have a flagman directing you through’- Road Superintendent Ron Dilbeck

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Two emergency culverts were installed across portions of Pleasant Ridge Road on Tuesday by a Campbell County Highway Department crew.

Though construction continues on Wednesday, Pleasant Ridge Road is open with one lane of travel from 8am to 4pm.

The crew, ahead of schedule on the project, still has more work to do today on a section of P-R Road between Cave Springs Road and the Quail Run Lane turnoff.

This is one of two emergency culverts that was installed on Tuesday.

“Pleasant Ridge Road will be open today during the work, but it’ll be down to one lane. We’ll have a flagman there to direct your through,” said Ron Dilbeck, Campbell County Road Superintendent. That’ll be from 8am to 4pm.

The project on Pleasant Ridge Road is expected to wrap up on Wednesday.
