Age 56 passed away Saturday, January 03, 2026, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.  He was born November 11, 1969, in Corbin, Kentucky.

Brothers: Joseph “Joe” Moses, Randy Moses

Daughter: Charity Douglas & husband Brad

Grandchildren: Rhett & Kane Douglas

Mother: Geneva (Veach) Lowe

Stepsister: Rebecca Lowe

Stepbrother: Billy Joe Lowe, Jr.

Nieces: Trinity Moses, Ashley Moses (Shannon)
