Friday morning snow sticks to roof tops, car tops and grassy surfaces; temps around freezing

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Travel impacts will be possible through early morning especially elevated surface such as bridges and overpasses. Drive with caution and slow down. Sidewalks and shaded areas provide slick spot potential.

Temperatures climb into the lower 50s on Friday as rain and snow chances diminish giving way to some sun with mostly clouds.

Saturday will be partly sunny with temps around 50 before colder air is ushered into Campbell County and the region late Saturday night.

Bitter cold will surge into the area for Sunday into Monday with very cold wind chills near 5 below across the higher elevations to single digits in the valley.
