LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- “I’m a radio person.  I keep my radio on WLAF all day while I’m cooking and baking,” said Ruby Norman. Norman is known to most all as “Sweet Treats”.

It’s not uncommon for Norman to have several baking projects all going on at the same time.  Sweet Treats is especially busy during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.

It’s nothing for her to be juggling creating dipped crackers while tending to one of her famous Old Fashioned Stack Cakes.  Peanut butter balls, chocolate balls and coconut balls are also in her wheelhouse along with out of this world coconut pies.
