At 5:30pm at City Hall

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- This afternoon, the LaFollette City Council will meet at 5:30 pm. The agenda has 13 items, mostly administrative items.

The first item to be discussed is the annual beer renewals followed by the announcements of the Christmas Tree Lighting on Tue., Dec. 2, 6:30 pm, annual Christmas Parade on Sat., Dec. 6, 6pm, and finally the employee Christmas Dinner on Tue., Dec. 9, 6:30pm.

The fire department has been soliciting bids for a heart monitor; the council will discuss the bid received from Zoll Medical. Also in fire department business, the council will discuss the separation of an employee from the fire department.

A discussion is slated about remodels and demolitions requiring dumpsters and porta johns.
