Appeal likely after Treadway’s request is denied

Requesting approval to split three lots into four in Jacksboro

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The Jacksboro Board of Zoning Appeals met Wednesday night with one item on the agenda.

Nathan Treadway was present to request approval to split three lots into four at the corner of Butter and Egg Road and Eagle Bluff Road. Treadway claimed the property was originally four lots, however it is currently three lots owned by Cindi Boshears. Currently there is one house on the lots, and Treadway would like to build three additional houses. The board said the lots did not meet the minimum lot size requirement and denied the request.

The next step for Treadway is to appeal to the board of mayor and aldermen to request a lot size reduction. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-11/20/2025-6AM)
