Halloween on Friday evening looks to be a little chilly with no rainfall forecast

Halloween on Friday evening looks to be a little chilly with no rainfall forecast across Campbell County and the Tennessee Valley. Winds might be the most breezy right at the start of trick-or-treating, but will trend downward as nightfall settles in. Otherwise, partly cloudy with moonlit skies.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- We just need to get through one more day of rain in the forecast before we will have a couple of dry days. The end of October into the first day of November will feel very fall-like with day-time highs averaging below normal.

Morning rain, mist and fog fill the sky as breezes stay strong through the day today. Thursday stays on the chilly side with the dampness, winds and temps around 50-degrees. Rain chances diminish once we clear lunch time on Thursday. There’ll be a few lingering sprinkles through the evening. Tonight’s low dips to 41.
