McDonald’s is open for business

LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF)-  The wait is over. At noon McDonald’s quietly opened its new LaFollette location on the corner of West Central Ave. and South 5^th St.

Construction began in June. Faris Properties, LLC and Rex Adams Construction are the driving forces behind the fast food restaurant’s newest location.

From the razing of the old Regions Bank to this morning’s finishing touches, WLAF has been there every step of the way.

In September, WLAF was given an exclusive tour of the restaurant in the making. The eatery features a new “sideway” design. For the LaFollette location that means the counter will face the four lane. The sleek, modern designed building will feature a double drive through and spaces for those who placed mobile orders.
