At a Powell Valley Shores home is where Campbell Sheriff’s Investigators converged

SPEEDWELL, TN (WLAF)- Campbell County Sheriff’s Det. Sgt. Franklin Ayers led a team of investigators into a home at 360 Powell Valley Shores late Monday morning after executing a narcotics search warrant.
As investigators combed through the Speedwell home, each discovered drugs, drug paraphernalia and a weapon. In the master bedroom, Lt. J. J. Hatmaker came across a clear corner bag containing what was believed to be meth. Investigator Zack Daugherty located a large set of digital scales on a dresser. Elsewhere in the master bedroom, Det. Justin Phillips found a Ruger SR9C with eight live rounds in the magazine and one live round in the chamber. Capt. Matt Wasson discovered a glass smoking pipe in the living room, all according to the sheriff’s office arrest report.
The main subject, 55-year-old Tammy Lou Lewis, of 360 Powell Valley Shores, Speedwell is a convicted felon out of Kentucky for burglary and is also wanted out of Claiborne County, the CCSO arrest report said.
Lewis stated to law enforcement that she just sold small amounts, according to the report.
Lewis was charged with possession/sell/deliver/manufacture schedule II drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia (a felony), possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
Nina Ladonna Harp-Irvin, 36, 217 Back Valley Road, Speedwell, was at the Powell Valley Shores home at the time of the raid and was charged with schedule V possession.
Lewis remains housed in the Campbell County Jail this afternoon on no bond, pending her court date, which has not been set yet.
