Age 83 of the Wooldridge Community of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Saturday, October 04, 2025, at his home.  He was born June 17, 1942, in Newcomb, Tennessee.

     Buck is preceded in death by:

Father: Floyd Rigney, Sr.

Mother: Essie Mildred (Cummins) Rigney

Brother: James Freddie Rigney

Sister: Janet Sue Crass

     He is survived by:

Wife: Annette (Long) Rigney

Daughters: Leann Williams & husband Eric, Michele Langevin & husband David

Sister: Sandra Kidd & husband Roy

Sisters-in-law: Michele Long & husband Gilbert, Jill Long

Nephews: Aaron Lay, Josh Lay, David Kidd & wife Megan

Great Nephews & Niece: Havey Jackson Lay, Nevaeh Grace Lay, Levi Kidd, Lincoln Kidd
