JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- Cory Allen Keith is facing a multi-count indictment after allegations arose that he had sexually abused a child.
The sealed indictment was handed down during the last grand jury session, according to court documents.
Keith, 36, 114 Timberlake Dr., Jacksboro, was indicted on five charges that include continuous rape of a child, rape of a child, aggravated sexual battery and two counts of unlawful photographing of a child under the age of 13. The continuous rape of a child charge is an A felony, which can carry a sentence of 13.5 – 60 years depending on the offender’s prior charges, according to Tennessee sentencing guidelines.
The allegations are that between June 2021 and Aug. 2025, Keith sexually abused a child on multiple occasions. He also took photos of the child that were exploitative, according to court records.
In August, he was originally arrested on one count of unlawful photographing a child under 13. In September, when he appeared in general sessions court that charge was bound over to the grand jury.
The grand jury later returned the five count indictment.
Keith is being held in the Campbell County Jail on a $250,000 bail.
