Saturday’s Louie Bluie Festival begins at 10am

CARYVILLE, TN (SPECIAL WLAF)- Campbell Culture Coalition (C3) is excited for the 18th annual Louie Bluie Music and Art Festival on Saturday, September 20, 2025, music and festivities will be held at Cove Lake State Park at Caryville, Tennessee, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Founded in 2007, the Louie Bluie Music and Arts Festival strives to bring folks together from all walks of life to enjoy a day filled with music, art, and fun.

Stages and performers:

Sounds Like Home Stage: Sunshine Ambassadors, Y’uns, Webb-Tigert UKE Duo, Sparky and Rhonda Rucker, The LUA Project, Nancy Brennan Strange, Nick Horner Family, and The Armstrong Legacy with Ralphe Armstrong

Louie Bluie Stage: Smiley and the Lovedawg, Ada Khoury Band, The Armstrong Legacy with Ralphe Armstrong, Maggie Tharpe, J.Bu$h, The LUA Project, and The Smokers Club.

Rickard’s Ridge Restaurant Stage: Rickard’s Ridge Pickers, The Lonesome Steel Rails, Good News Gospel Singing Revival, and Southern Grace.

The festival also highlights artisans of the Appalachian region with crafts folk selling handmade goods from pottery, to paintings, fiber arts, and more. You won’t be disappointed with all the artistic talents on display. With 30 plus vendors, local organizations, and not for profits joining us there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Our annual quilt show is back featuring incredibly talented quilters from all across Campbell County and beyond. Immerse yourself in this tried and true Appalachian tradition and admire the talented crafts folk hard work to these gorgeous quilts. Make sure you stop in and see all the beautiful quilts folks have submitted to this contest.

There is also a middle school and high school art show featuring art from lots of talented young people across the region. Featuring schools from across Campbell County come out and support these talented students and admire their incredible art.

Feeling hungry? The festival will feature over 10 different food vendors to keep the public fed and fueled so they can enjoy all the music and art on display. From burgers to Appalachian delicacies such as fried baloney sandwiches, there is something for everyone’s taste.

Admission to the The Louie Bluie Music and Art Festival is free but the cost of putting on the festival is not. We would not be able to produce this event without the gracious help from our sponsors.
