JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF)- The Campbell County Regional Planning Commission met Thursday evening, approving several minor lot subdivisions, as well as electing officers for the board.

The planning commission approved a minor lot subdivision for Kevin Bolton on Chambers Road, as well as a minor lot subdivision for Perry Property on Asbury Lane. Also approved was a minor lot combination for Jack Miller on Alder Springs Road.

A minor lot subdivision was approved for Stephen and Kristina Watkins on Doe Lane, and also for Reggie and Anette Beddington on Christmas Tree Lane.

Planning commission members approved a minor lot subdivision for Robert and Wanda Wormsley on Hatmaker Ridge Road, along with a minor lot subdivision for Lakeside Estates on Waterfront Trail.

In other business, the planning commission elected officers, which will hold the term for the next 12 months.  Rusty Orick was elected Chairman, J.C Miller was elected vice chairman and Gary Byrd was chosen as secretary. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-09/05/2025-6AM)
