Power outage first noticed around 4am Friday

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF)- LUB crews started their day early, very early today. It was just after 4am when an LUB crew was dispatched to a power outage.

The crew found a downed line at Red Ash Baptist Church, according to LUB Dispatch. Power was out for 621 customers and was restored in well less than an hour.

Outages ran from south of Jacksboro Middle School through Caryville. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-07/18/2025-6AM)
