Afternoon accident on Norris Lake

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- A boating incident involving a personal watercraft occurred on Norris Lake in Campbell County Tuesday afternoon, according to Matthew Cameron with the TWRA.

“As a result a female boater was seriously injured,” said Cameron.

The incident was called in to Central Dispatch at 3:31pm Tuesday, and the patient was transported to a hospital by a personal vehicle, based on information from the 911 office.

The call to Central Dispatch originated from a residence on Pool Drive which is near Stillhouse Hollow on Norris Lake.(WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-07/08/2025-6PM)
