Robert Eugene “Bob” Estes age 88 of LaFollette passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at his residence. He was born February 24, 1937, in Irvine, Kentucky to the late Henry Estes and Eula (Stamper) Boone. Bob enjoyed target shooting, four-wheeling, working on little projects, and traveling. He had a passion for trains that he acquired from his father who retired from L & N Railroad.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Sue Estes; his second wife, Tina Estes; his brothers, Hershel, Mitchell, Harry and Enoch; his sisters, Brenda, Jenny, and Joyce.

Bob is survived by his daughters, Jawanna Spencer of LaFollette, Pamela Herlinger of Ohio, Kimbery Pruitt and husband Darrell of Ohio; his sons, Ronald Estes and wife Kim of Ohio and Robert Lee Estes of Ohio; his sister Ann McCoy of Ohio; his nine grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren; several special nieces, nephews and host of other relatives and friends.

Graveside Services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Bakers Forge Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Pack officiating.

The family has entrusted the care of Robert Eugene “Bob” Estes to Martin Wilson Funeral Home “Where Families Matter Most.”
