CC Bar Association to honor Judge Troutman

La Follette native Conrad Troutman (top photo) presided over Circuit Court from 1974 until his retirement in 2004, and later today, the Campbell County Bar Association is hosting a portrait unveiling for the judge.    The event is open to the public and will be held in the upstairs courtroom at the Campbell County Courthouse starting at 1 pm.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/10/2019-6AM)
