Anthony (Tony) W. Ayers, age 61, of La Follette, formally of Georgetown, Ohio, passed away January 7th, 2025.

Tony was preceded in death by his mother Bobbie Ayers, father Alie Ayers, grandparents Marie and John Eubanks, Lizzy and Winston (Wince) Ayers, sister Becky Muncy, niece Laura Leigh Muncy, uncle Wayne Eubanks, and aunt Anna Mae Mynatt.

Tony is survived by daughter Destiny (Issac) West of Speedwell, sister Mickey(Walter Jr.) Davidson of New Richmond, Ohio, nieces Holly Tolliver and Traci Beaty of La Follette, nephews John Turner of Knoxville, Brad (Jenny) Ridenour of Tazewell, aunt Joann (Dewayne) Snyder of Cincinnati.  Along with a host of many other relatives and friends. 

It was Tony’s wish that his body be willed to medical science at Boonshoft School of Medicine in hopes to help with the fight to find the cure to cancer. Tony was loved by so many and will be truly missed.
