JoAnn Bailey, age 66 of Clinton, passed away on Monday, January 13, 2025 at her home. She was born on September 28, 1958 to the late Willey Curtis and Kathleen V. Phillips Ellis in Oneida.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by husband, Ralph David Cook; special brother and sister, Willie Ellis and Clara Sue Owens; and several other brothers and sisters.

She is survived by: children, Brandy Jennings and husband Danny, Mary Slaven and husband Roger, Katherine Barnes, and Amanda Cook (Michael Phillips); nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; several brothers and sisters; and other family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Leach Family Funeral Home and Cremation on Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 5-7pm with the funeral service to follow at 7pm. Her graveside service will be on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 11am at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens. www.leachfamilyfuneralhome.com
