Freddy Lee Baird, age 73, of Lake City, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the Rocky Top Care Center. Freddy was born in Briceville, Tennessee to the late Amos Baird Sr and Ruth Vandergriff Baird. He was of the Baptist Faith. Freddy never met a stranger and was always the life of the party. In addition to his parents, Freddy is preceded in death by his brother Amos Baird Jr.
Freddy is survived by:
Sister Roberta Anderson of Lake City
Brother William Baird and wife Anita of Caryville
Many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation: 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday, December 16, 2024 at Hatmaker Funeral Home in Lake City.
Funeral Service: 7:00 PM, Monday, December 16, 2024 in the Hatmaker Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Jimmy Ault and Rev. David Walker officiating.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Sam Foust Cemetery in Lake City.
