Randy Richardson, age 55, of Hillsboro TN, formerly of LaFollette, TN, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024. He was a member of Long Hollow Baptist Church. He was a Navy Veteran and served as AOAN E3 on the USS Midway in United Arab Emirates Desert Storm and employed at Wal-Mart as a maintenance supervisor. Preceded in death by step-father: Jerry Owens, grandparents: Luther and Lassie Black, uncles: Charles Black and Paul Black.

The family will receive friends 5- 7 PM Monday, December 16, 2024, at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Matt Howard officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10 AM Tuesday at Cross-Smith Funeral Home and proceed to Powell Valley Cemetery for 11 AM Interment with Military Honors given by Honor Guard of Campbell County.
