Cold temps are in place, and there will be enough moisture for snow to develop late this afternoon

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- Cold again today with a high of 38 as wind chills hold in the teens. Clouds increase through the day as a quick moving system will bring light precipitation late this afternoon into this evening and tonight. Tonight’s low chills to 19.
Light snow accumulation of a dusting to one-half inch is possible here in Campbell County. Localized higher amounts of 1 inch snow accumulation will be possible across the highest ridge and mountain peaks of Campbell County and the plateau, generally above 2,500 feet.
