LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- There were only two items on Wednesday afternoon’s LaFollette Regional Planning Commission’s agenda.

Johnny and Laura Byrge are looking to take three lots and re-subdivide them into only two lots. These lots are located at the intersection of West Walden Street and North 11th Street. Re-dividing these lots would make both lots 75ft by 150ft. The request was approved.

Aaron Kulas, who was not present, is requesting a variance to build a garage in the front of his property on Claiborne Road. Due to Kulas not being present, the motion was tabled. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED-11/21/2024-6AM)
