LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF)- If you’ve traveled Beech Street in the last few days you’ve probably seen the equipment at the corner of West Beech and South 17th Streets. Orange and white barrels are on the corners all the way to South Indiana Avenue from Jacksboro Pike.
