WLAF’s Charlotte Underwood has special presentation for Glennis Monday

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – At Saturday’s Louie Bluie Fest, WLAF’s Charlotte Underwood presented award winning Campbell County Litter Control Officer Glennis Monday with a special two string guitar in recognition of his devotion to volunteer work.

The guitar was constructed out of a cigar box, tobacco sticks and rusty nails that Underwood gathered while helping to dispose of litter in Campbell County. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/03/2023-6AM)
