CAMPBELL COUNTY, TN. (WLAF)- The Campbell County Department of Finance is soliciting bids for fencing for Caryville Elementary, Jellico Elementary and Jellico High School for the Campbell County Board of Education.

INVITATION TO BID

The Campbell County Department of Finance is hereby soliciting bids for Fencing for Caryville Elementary, Jellico Elementary and Jellico High School for the Campbell County Board of Education.    All bids must be inclusive of all delivery and handling charges.    Sealed bids will be accepted until 10:00 a.m. on September 21, 2023 at the Campbell County Department of Finance at which time they will be opened and read aloud.    All bids must be effective for ninety (90) days after the bid opening date.  All bidders submitting bids are required to present ALL the required vendor information, defined in the project specifications, as accompanying information to their bid submittal, regardless if these documents have been submitted in previous solicitations, in order for their bid submitted to be considered a valid bid.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on-site at each location on September 14, 2023.  We will begin at 9:30 a.m. at Caryville Elementary, 120 Cardinal Circle, Caryville, TN  37714.  We will then proceed to Jellico Elementary, 551 Sunset Trail, Jellico, TN 37762 and Jellico High School, 141 High School Road, Jellico, TN 37762.  All parties interested in bidding must attend the pre-bid meetings to submit a bid.

Please send sealed bids quotes to the Campbell County Department of Finance, Lisa Bowlin, Purchasing Agent, P.O. Box 843, 555 Main Street, Jacksboro, TN  37757.  All sealed bid quotes must be noted on outside of envelope as bid for “Fencing”.
