JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) - Secretary of State Tre Hargett stopped by the Campbell County Election Commission on Thursday morning for the last day of early voting.

Eagle quarterback Landen Hensley breaks free after blocks from Luke Carroll (56) and Robert Kirby (55) in last week's home win over Kingston-Cherokee.  The win advanced Jacksboro to Saturday's TMSAA Championship game.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) - The Jacksboro Eagles return to Dossett Stadium this weekend for a second time this football season.  The Eagles annual Egg Bowl battle with La Follette, a JMS win, was played there in September.  On Halloween, Jacksboro will play for all the eggs; a TMSAA Championship.


Motorcycle scavenger hunt planned

KNOXVILLE, TN. (WLAF)- Next Saturday, area motorcycle riders can have some fun and support a good cause.


LPD reportedly paces Explorer at 70 mph on South Tennessee Ave.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) - Last Friday afternoon LaFollette Police Captain Steve Wallen issued a be on the lookout for a maroon Ford Explorer. The vehicle was going south on South Tennessee Avenue and had driven through a traffic light on Central Avenue  nearly causing an accident. 


Early Voting ends on record shattering note

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) - Thursday was the final day of Early Voting in Campbell County.  The total vote yesterday was 622 bringing the total Early Vote to 8,499, a new record.
