Bobby L. Russell, age 78, of Speedwell passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024. He retired from the U.S. Army with 23 years of service and retired from the IRS after 20 years. He was a member of the LaFollette Seventh Day Adventist. Preceded in death by Parents: Rev. Cillis and Dora Walden Russell, Stepson: Johnny Stanga, Sister: Edna June Phillips Williams, and Brothers: Tom Russell, Joe Russell, and David Russell.

Wife of 46 years Victoria Russell

Daughters: Donna (Charles) Pietri, Gigi Whaley, and Lilly (Tim) Rose

Sons: Chris (Judy) Russell and Danny Stanga

Grandchildren: Brandon, Meagan, and Jeremy

Great-grandchildren: Tyler, Faith, Aspen, Jude, and Isabella

Mother: Geneva Russell Bolinger

Brothers: Danny (Gail) Russell, Rev. Larry (Brenda) Russell

Sister: Jean (Virgil) Daugherty

The family will receive friends 1-3 PM, Saturday, April 6th at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 3 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Brother Danny Russell, and Rev. Larry Russell officiating. Interment to follow funeral service at Indian Creek Cemetery with Military Honors given by Honor Guard of Campbell County.
