Kelly N. Russell, age 93, of Jacksboro passed away peacefully at his home Saturday, March 30, 2023.  He was retired from LaFollette Medical Center and later became a Real Estate Agent.  He was of the Methodist faith and very much enjoyed fishing and woodworking.  Preceded in death by Wife: Peggy Russell, Parents: Hubert and Glenna Sue Fortner Russell, Sister: Nannie Belle Timmons and Brother: Billy Russell.

Daughter: Sherry and husband Ron Van Nuys

Son: Mark Russell

Granddaughter: Katelyn Allen

Family will receive friends 1-2 PM, Tuesday, April 2nd at Cross-Smith Funeral Home with funeral service to follow at 2 PM in Cross-Smith Chapel, Rev. Bryan Burge officiating. Interment will follow funeral service at Jacksboro Cemetery.
