JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The Town of Jacksboro held its monthly meeting last night with two items on the agenda.

Scott Bowling, with IRTEC, addressed the board with news about a surface water issue on Mt. Perkins Road. There is a high point in a ditch line causing issues. However, removing the high point is not a viable option, Bowling explained.

Fire Chief Jason Shetterly requested thirty-five hundred dollars to finish the living quarters in the fire hall. The chief’s request was approved. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/08/2024-6AM)
