LAFOLLETTE, TN. (WLAF) – Anyone who has been wanting to try Botox and fillers, now is the time to get a great price at Revive Med Spa, conveniently located in Woodson’s Mall in LaFollette.

The business is running a special on Botox and fillers from now through the end of March, with Botox just $10 a unit and fillers only $400 a syringe.

Revive Med Spa opened in September 2023. It is owned and operated by Nurse Practitioner Heidi Marlow who has been in practice 18 years as a nurse.
